Empowering Local Youth: Christian Adoh’s Insights from the 2023 World Bank Group Youth Summit on Global Crises

An 8-month entrepreneurial program (January-August 2023) delivered by Queen’s University, Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre in collaboration with Mastercard Foundation, which allowed them to better develop their entrepreneurial skills and move BIO PLANET TMC Ltd forward creating social impact. They went through three (3) different phases of the program which each brought significant improvement to their business and transformational leadership career. © Explore Entrepreneurship Phase (January – February 2023) Completed milestones : •Making observations through interviews & some other means; •Clearly defining and validating the problem they are solving by speaking to end users ; •Validating or invalidating key assumptions which are the basis of creating the solution they want to work on, ideate – generate solutions to the problem they are solving ; •Creating a journey map of end users’ experience using their solution (granulated organic fertilizer) © Ignite Entrepreneurship Phase (March – April 2023) Completed Milestones : •Developing channels to market and reaching out to any necessary partners •Creating a business model or a plan for funding their solution ; •Prototyping their solution in the simplest way possible that still allows them to generate meaningful feedback from end users ; •Validating all critical assumptions by creating experiments and testing solution using the minimum viable product. © Launch Entrepreneurship Phase (May – August 2023) Completed milestones: •Piloting the solution in a more real life scenario ; •Generating expressions of interest, end users (local farmers of Pobè, Benin) ; •Creating a plan to scale.

BIO PLANET TMC Ltd’s Sustainable Agricultural Triumph: A Global Recognition in Food System Innovation

Christian Adoh & Adéléké Ogoutchemi, were selected as Youth Delegates to participate in the Youth Entrepreneurship Summit (Nairobi, Kenya) from November 27-01 December 2023. They both represented, as team members BIO PLANET TMC Ltd in this summit.

As an alumnus of Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship on Entrepreneurship, Christian Adoh was invited to become the Program Mentor. His achievements at BIO PLANET TMC Ltd and contributions have inspired many, and they believe that his insights and experiences would be a wonderful addition to their mentorship team to help inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
