Born on October 2, 2003 in Kpédékpo in Benin Republic, Adéléké Ogoutchemi is a young entrepreneur passionate about agriculture and committed to bringing positive change in the youth framework of Africa and the world.
Holder of two scientific baccalaureates respectively in 2019 and 2020 at Pobè First Secondary School, he is a Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumnus at University of Abomey-Calavi where he graduated in Agronomic Sciences in 2023.
He is Co-Founder at BIO PLANET TMC Ltd, an agricultural company producing granulated organic fertilizer to sustain organic farming practices, and promoting equity in Pobè in Benin. His good command of data and technical information, knowledge of the issues resolution in the regulatory and technological framework and environmental sustainability strengthened his position as Waste Collection Manager within the company.
Adéléké is a member of the NGO "Aide & Action pour le Développement (2AD)" since 2021, an organization promoting social aid activities and giving back to rural communities in Benin. His dedication as member allowed him to further develop his passion for helping society and project management experience.
He was awarded a Resolution Fellowship for his outstanding presentation at the Resolution Social Venture Challenge held at the Returning Finalist Social Venture Challenge in 2022 with his team. He has then access to tools, resources and a professional network to thrive as changemaker.
Further, Adéléké holds a professional bachelor's degree in Sciences and Techniques of Plant Production and is a Millennium Fellow, class of 2022. He participated in the 2023 edition of the OSCARS Olympiads, a learning and experience sharing event organized in Kenya by StartUpAfrica to promote and enhance youth entrepreneurship in Africa.
