Adéléké Ogoutchemi is a young entrepreneur passionate about sustainable agriculture and committed to bringing positive change in the youth framework of Africa and the world, with over 3 years' professional experience in sustainable agriculture.

Holder of two scientific baccalaureates respectively in 2019 and 2020 at Pobe First Secondary School, in Benin, he is a Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumnus at University of Abomey-Calavi where he graduated in Agronomic Sciences in 2023.

Operations Officer & Co-Founder at BIO PLANET TMC Ltd, Adéléké is both ANZISHA PRIZE and Mastercard Foundation-EARTH University Fellow, developing a sustainable way to an equal access to affordable and nutritious food for everyone. His good command of data and technical information, knowledge of the issues resolution in the regulatory and technological framework and environmental sustainability strengthened his social entrepreneurship career.

Adéléké is a member of the NGO "Aide & Action pour le Développement (2AD)" since 2021, an organization promoting social aid activities and giving back to rural communities in Benin. His dedication as member allowed him to further develop his passion for helping society and project management experience.

He was awarded a Resolution Fellowship for his outstanding presentation at the Resolution Social Venture Challenge held at the Returning Finalist Social Venture Challenge in 2022 with his team. He has then access to tools, resources and a professional network to thrive as change-maker, and affect positive change in the African agrifood sector.

Further, Adéléké holds a professional bachelor's degree in Sciences and Techniques of Plant Production and is a Millennium Alumnus Fellow, class of 2022. He participated both in the 2023 edition of the OSCARS Olympiads and in the 2025 Professional Agricultural Training for African Young Entrepreneurs, learning and experience sharing programs to promote and enhance youth entrepreneurship in Africa.
