Born on October 2, 2003, in Kpédékpo, Benin Republic, Adéléké Ogoutchemi is a young entrepreneur passionate about sustainable agriculture and deeply committed to driving positive change among youth in Africa and beyond. With more than five years of hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices, he represents the new generation of African agripreneurs shaping a more resilient and inclusive food system.
He holds two scientific baccalaureates obtained respectively in 2019 and 2020 from Pobe First Secondary School in Benin and is a Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Alumnus from the University of Abomey-Calavi, where he graduated in Agronomic Sciences in 2023. Currently, Adéléké is pursuing a Master’s degree in Biotechnology at the National University of Agriculture in Benin, strengthening his expertise in sustainable agricultural technologies, bio-innovation, and environmental management, key assets to accelerate the impact of BIO PLANET TMC.
As Operations Officer and Co-Founder of BIO PLANET TMC Ltd, Adéléké plays a strategic role in coordinating field operations, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring that BIO PLANET TMC’s organic fertilizers' solutions reach rural farmers across Benin. His solid command of data and technical information, combined with his deep understanding of environmental sustainability, regulatory frameworks, and community development, has made him an essential pillar in BIO PLANET TMC’s growth and impact.
Adéléké is both an Anzisha Prize Fellow and a Mastercard Foundation EARTH University Fellow, developing innovative models to achieve equitable access to affordable and nutritious food for all. His commitment to youth leadership and sustainable development was further recognized when he was named among Forbes Afrique’s 30 Under 30 Young Innovators, celebrating his contribution to Africa’s green transition and agrifood innovation.
He has been an active member of the NGO Aide et Action pour le Développement (2AD) since 2021, promoting social initiatives and rural empowerment in Benin. Through this engagement, he strengthened his leadership, community mobilization, and project management experience.
In 2022, Adéléké was awarded a Resolution Fellowship following his outstanding performance at the Resolution Social Venture Challenge, gaining access to international mentorship, funding, and a network of global changemakers. He also holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and Techniques of Plant Production and is a Millennium Fellowship Alumnus, Class of 2022.
Additionally, Adéléké has taken part in international youth capacity-building programs, including the 2023 OSCARS Olympiads and the 2025 Professional Agricultural Training for African Young Entrepreneurs, both aimed at promoting and strengthening youth entrepreneurship across the continent.
