In 2025, BIO PLANET TMC Ltd continued to strengthen its organizational foundations through the participation of Léopold Josias Tohoue, the company’s Administrative and Financial Officer, in an advanced leadership and human resources management training offered under the PAEB program of the Beninese SMEs Development Agency. This program, designed to equip emerging enterprises with stronger managerial skills, provided Léopold with valuable knowledge in strategic leadership, team coordination, conflict management and performance evaluation. These competencies are essential for young companies experiencing rapid growth, particularly those operating in the green economy and working closely with rural communities.
The training allowed Léopold to adopt more modern human resources practices that improve internal communication, enhance task distribution and contribute to a more efficient and collaborative work environment. By applying these new skills, he helped reinforce administrative structures, optimize internal processes and strengthen accountability mechanisms within the company.
